Attorney Biographies Charles Miller founded the firm, after having served as a General Attorney for the U.S. Immigration & Naturalization Service. He has been recognized annually in Best Lawyers in America since the specialty was first included in the directory. Charles Miller is also included in Who's Who in American Law and the Bar Registry of Preeminent Lawyers. He has served as the Chairman of the Southern California Chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, as the Chair of the Immigration and Nationality Law Advisory Commission and as a member of the California Board of Legal Specialization for the State Bar of California. He is an Editor of the Visa Processing Guide: Process and Procedures for U. S. Consulates and Embassies, published by the American Immigration Lawyers Association. Charles Miller was joined in the law practice in 1990 by his wife and partner, Terri Senesac Miller. Terri Miller formerly served the legacy U.S. Immigration & Naturalization Service in Los Angeles, Boston, New York, Washington, D.C. and Manila, Philippines. She was honored by the Justice Department’s Special Achievement Award and the Outstanding Performance Award. While working for the firm, she attended the University of Southern California Law Center where she graduated with a Juris Doctor degree. In 2005, John Bartos, widely acknowledged as the Justice Department’s top West Coast immigration litigator, joined the firm after he left government service.
