Charles M. Miller formerly served as General Attorney for the Immigration and Naturalization Service. He later entered private practice and founded the Miller Law Offices in 1979.
Mr. Miller helped to establish immigration law as a field of legal specialization for the California State Bar, serving on the Specialty Advisory Commission as a member and chair. He is a California State Bar Certified Specialist in Immigration Law.

The co-authors also wrote the new best-selling book, Immigration Compliance Auditing for Lawyers (American Bar Association), the national, cutting edge immigration compliance auditing resource. The book contains an authoritative analysis of the latest federal law and policy required for competent, independent and ethical immigration compliance auditing.
Charles Miller has served as the Chair of the Compliance Auditing Standards Task Force established by the American Immigration Lawyers Association to create model U.S. standards for the best practices and ethics for worksite enforcement compliance auditing under the Department of Homeland Security regulations and related employment laws. Since 2011, Mr. Miller has served as a moderator at the Stanford Law School Worksite Compliance Symposium. This year's Symposium will be held on October 28, 2014.
Terri Senesac Miller formerly served the legacy U.S. Immigration & Naturalization Service in Los Angeles, Boston, New York, Washington, D.C. and Manila, Philippines. She was honored by the Justice Department’s Special Achievement Award and the Outstanding Performance Award. She attended the University of Southern California Law Center where she graduated with a Juris Doctor degree.
